WE WILL…
- Order and examine the title abstract
- Ensure all liens, encumbrances and outstanding judgments are resolved prior to or at settlement
- Order mortgage payoffs and house location surveys
- Coordinate the closing date with the lender and all parties involved
- Provide a settlement sheet and closing disclosure to the buyer, seller and real estate agents prior to settlement so any issues may be resolved before sitting down at closing
