A little about Catherine

Cat Johnston is motivated to make every transaction as smooth and worry-free as possible for MTTE clients. With a passion for helping others, Cat believes that providing superior customer service throughout the process is the best way to serve those in the title industry. To know her is to love her, and she exudes authenticity, helpfulness, and tact in all types of situations.

Whether it’s buying, selling, or refinancing, Cat is present for major life decisions; for her, it is both exciting and rewarding to help make the process as simple and enjoyable as she can.

Cat’s father was in the U.S. Army and she was born in Germany and grew up in Georgia. When he retired, the family returned to Maryland to be closer to their family. Cat now lives in St. Mary’s County with her fiancé and their two one-eyed rescue cats. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, fishing, attending concerts, and spending time with her nephew!
